**BCBA School-Based Opportunity (Washington State)**
**Position:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
**Location:** Washington State School District (SPS)
**Start Date:** September 2, 2026
**Contract Length:** 39 Weeks
**Schedule:** 37.5 Hours/Week
**Pay Rate:** $80/hour (Local)
**Position Overview**
The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, consultation, and intervention services in a school-based setting. This is primarily a consultative role focused on supporting students, educators, and school teams through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and behavior support programming.
