The BCBA Clinical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting and retaining the top-tier talent of ABA professionals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive outreach (phone, email, text), speaking with new people frequently and will have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through skilled questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
