**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Board Certified Behavior Analyst** to support three elementary school sites (K–6) in Salinas, CA. This position is part of a collaborative **multi-disciplinary team** focused on improving student outcomes through high-quality behavioral support and staff training.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments** (FBAs) for students across assigned campuses
+ **Develop, update, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans** (BIPs)
