Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Methuen, MA who is currently seeking BCBAs to work with students on a contractual basis.
Details of the Position Include:
Start Date: 8/31/2026
Duration: '26-'27 School Year
Schedule: Monday- Friday - 32 hours/week
Requirements:
+ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
+ Provide direct and consultative support to staff in implementing ABA strategies.
+ Train and coach paraprofessionals, teachers, and related service providers on behavior management techniques.
+ Collaborate with IEP teams to align behavioral supports with academic and social-emotional goals.
+ Support students with activities of daily living (ADLs) and toileting needs when required.
