  • More than 3 years experience in construction (high / low)
  • Secondary school education
  • Good German (oral and written) from A2
  • Hands‑on craft skills
  • Good physical condition, reliability and flexibility
  • Valid driving licence category B and a vehicle
  • No fear of heights (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Execute concrete pouring, formwork, and shift work independently
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the foreman
  • Clean up and organise tools after work
