Battery Testing

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs. Battery Test Engineer Job description: 1. Follow battery safety standards (e.g. IEC 62133, UL1642, UL2054, GB31241) or established SOPs to perform safety testing and designs of experiments (DOEs) as needed. 2. Specify and implement test process control and data collection methods, document for data integrity and traceability. 3. Interact with Apple internal test/lab groups to ensure that testing across different technology spaces is aligned and meet standards; ensure on-time completions and assessments. 4. Follow shipping, receiving, handling, and storage requirements to efficiently receive, transfer, store, and track shipments and test samples. 5. Manage and maintain daily operations of test equipment and tools, keeping track of lab tools and supplies. 6.
