Job description

Your Missions:

• Develop, optimize, and improve battery cell processes, including cell manufacturing, module assembly, and PACK integration


• Resolve on-site process issues, analyze and address quality incidents, and implement process and parameter improvements


• Participate in equipment and tooling selection, introduction, commissioning, and production application for new or expanded battery production lines


• Conduct research and evaluation of new processes during project development


• Provide regular project progress reports to headquarters
