Bathing Technician-VIP Petcare
**Overall Job Summary**
As a Bathing Technician you will play a positive role in the lives of pets and pet parents by providing a bathing experience that includes compassion, gentleness, reassurance, safety and comfort in a non-scissor environment. You will be key in delivering our brand promise to pet parents, partners and other team members by living the values and promoting a culture of safety in the grooming environment.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**
+ Safely restrain / hold pets for wellness procedures including nail trims/grinding, anal gland expression and clipping
+ Make recommendations for services and products for every pet, every time, based on the pet’s lifestyle and an understanding of canine hygiene and environment.
+ Scan pets for microchips
+ Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by disinfecting surfaces and equipment in between each pet
