  • Prepare production batches according to established formulas and work instructions.
  • Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials using precision equipment.
  • Operate industrial mixers and monitor critical parameters, including speed, sequence, and cycle times.
  • Validate quantities, product identification, and formulations throughout the batching process.
  • Ensure all production records and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Perform metric and imperial unit conversions as required.
  • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
  • Handle raw materials and chemical products in accordance with safety procedures and SDS requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory, material handling, and general production activities.
