+ Operate the batch plant system to produce high‑quality ready‑mix concrete safely and efficiently
+ Monitor materials, mix designs, and production schedules to meet customer and plant requirements
+ Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth daily operations
+ Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of plant equipment
