What you will enjoy doing

  • 3-4 years of prior experience in Beauty and Personal Care Manufacturing (, especially Shampoo, cream, lotion, conditioner etc.).
  • Thorough understanding of batch manufacturing process with knowledge of batch making sequence, control points and critical control points.
  • Mixing Equipment Knowledge : Well-versed in operating and handling different types of mixers like Universal Mixer & Contra Mixer (Contra-Rotating Mixer)
  • Practical experience with cleaning and Disinfection Processes and systems , including CIP, SIP and COP processes
  • Understanding of the function of Raw material and the mixing process
  • Able to follow and record BPR
  • Hands on experience in managing process parameters and able to manage process control.
  • Thorough knowledge of RM Handling, weighment, dispensing and documentation.
