Job Summary:
Solman team involves working on issues reported in the different tickets based on their priority and the task type - EWA, Reintegration scenarios, DNS migration, HANA in place, Maintenance planner. The objective is to ensure System monitoring is in place by performing the below checks:
• Should have 3 – 8 years of relevant experience in SAP solution manager administration (FRUN - SAP Focused Run).
• Good communication skills to handle bridge calls with clients. • System is integrated to solman systems
