Job Description
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with basic accounting knowledge
to support bookkeeping and financial data entry tasks. This role is ideal for someone who understands
debits and credits
, can accurately categorize income and expenses, and follows structured financial processes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and categorize
income and expense transactions - Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software
- Assist with
basic bookkeeping tasks
and data entry - Follow monthly closing procedures and accounting instructions
- Review entries for accuracy and consistency
- Support additional finance-related or business tasks over time
Tools & Software
