Job Summary
At Porter Airlines, a rewarding Aircraft Engineer career awaits. Porter is offering relocation assistance up to a maximum of $10,000 for successful candidates located outside of Montreal. Reporting to the Manager, Base and International Maintenance, this role will work in support of Porter's fleet in a line maintenance environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems to identify problems and adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical drawings, approved manuals and established procedures.
- Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems.
- Install or modify aircraft engines, mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems.
- Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair and cleaning, and reassemble.
- Perform and document scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
