Bartender | The Silo Hotel

The Silo Hotel Bartender’s main purpose will be to prepare and serve drinks to our guests, in a professional and friendly manner, mixing and matching ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with our guests’ needs and discerning expectations. The Bartenders ensure that the standards of The Royal Portfolio are met, in order to contribute to the purpose of the company – To give our guests a complete experience and a perfect stay.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure a superior, friendly and personalised guest service and experience on opening date
• Interact with customers and to take orders
• Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes
