- Preparing and presenting premium wines, spirits, cocktails, specialty coffees, and other beverages to the highest standard
- Demonstrating exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and barista-style coffee preparation
- Guiding guests with confident beverage recommendations and pairings
- Maintaining an impeccably presented, well-stocked, and organised bar environment
