  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Advise customers of specials, promotions, and happy hour discounts
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix cocktails with the correct ingredients
  • Ensure prompt service for customers
  • Take payments via cash and card, give correct change and receipts
