- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to guests.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming bar experience.
- Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and replenishment.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Verify customers' age where required and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.
- Comply with food safety, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Work closely with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform opening and closing duties and any other duties assigned by management.
