Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, the Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving high‑quality beverages, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a pristine bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the outlet’s concept and beverage offerings, confidently explaining them to guests.
• Craft and serve high‑quality cocktails, non‑alcoholic drinks, wines, spirits and beers, garnishing to standard and recommending drinks when appropriate.
