Job Description: Apollo Convention Centre Inc is looking for a full-time permanent Bartender.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with liquor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain an organized and well‑stocked bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Check guest IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service.
  • Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, following responsible service practices.
  • Assist with bar inventory management, including restocking and tracking supplies.
