Bartender

What You Will Be Doing (but not limited to):

As a Bartender, you will assist in preparing and serving beverages, keeping the bar area clean, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You’ll interact with customers, provide great service, and support the wait staff in a team-focused, premium setting. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential! 

Key Duties:

• Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to all guests.
• Ensure a positive experience and environment for guests.
• Build relationships with VIPs and regulars to meet their needs.
• Follow cleaning schedules to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Complete mis-en-place before guests arrive.
• Ensure accurate billing and follow hotel procedures.
• Adhere to liquor licensing guidelines and hotel policies.
• Maintain RSA certification and follow responsible service principles.
