Bartender - Lobby Lounge

Key Roles

Provide prompt, courteous drink service to guests and patrons in the Raffles Salon, the award‑winning lobby lounge. Report to the Outlets Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Read daily event schedules and be aware of any VIP arrivals.
• Maintain a complete working knowledge of all bar items, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Perform all service details properly for every guest, following the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glassware and silverware.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and handle any problems that arise, informing a manager of the issue and its resolution.
• Greet regular guests by name and note and serve their preferences when possible.
• Set up the bar professionally at opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes.
