Summary

The Bartender is a vital member of the customer service team. They are responsible for mixing and serves drinks to guests, either at the bar, or through waiters and waitresses who place drink orders for dining room customers.

  • Receiving and order guests’ meals and communicate clearly to the kitchen staff of any special requirements 
  • Preparing and serve alcoholic beverages to guests following all AGLC and PURE policies and procedures
  • Following all standardized drink recipes
  • Handling bar inventory counts as assigned
  • Serving food and beverages to guests following proper standards and guidelines
