Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent guest drinking experience by creating classic and innovative drinks.
  • Work in a customer‑focused, energetic and friendly manner, delivering high‑standard service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen department and report to the Diner Manager to ensure Mollie’s standards, guest policies, and operational procedures are always met.
  • Build relationships quickly and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older due to licensing laws.
  • Passionate about exceeding guest expectations and delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Attention to detail, personable, well‑organised and eager to learn.
  • Some experience of hospitality/bar work is advantageous; full training will be provided.
