Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent guest drinking experience by creating classic and innovative drinks.
- Work in a customer‑focused, energetic and friendly manner, delivering high‑standard service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen department and report to the Diner Manager to ensure Mollie’s standards, guest policies, and operational procedures are always met.
- Build relationships quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older due to licensing laws.
- Passionate about exceeding guest expectations and delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Attention to detail, personable, well‑organised and eager to learn.
- Some experience of hospitality/bar work is advantageous; full training will be provided.
