You'll also know Angela, (one of your favourite regulars) is partial to trying whatever special is on the menu, so she gives you the nod and you have it on order; but you'll be just as passionate about ensuring each and every guest receives the same treatment, paying attention to those little details, that makes them leave with a smile.

What will I be responsible for as a Bartender?

As a bartender, you'll have a lot on your plate with the following:
