Bartender

Barback is responsible for supporting the smooth running of the Bar service by assisting the senior team members and working under their guidance to deliver and maintain the highest level of guest experience, while ensuring that the Club's standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Prepare and deliver beverages to members and guests following the department Standard Operating Procedures
• Participate in creating new cocktails and assist with developing drink list for the Bar menu
• Ensure the efficient, consistent flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods
• Handle minor complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure that all the Bar equipment and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available
• Be efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum and ensuring stock under your responsibility is secure
