Cafe Malabar Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team.
We are a chef-led restaurant rooted in the cuisine of the Malabar Coast of Kerala, presented through a refined West Coast lens. Our bar program is thoughtful, ingredient-driven, and service-focused.
We are looking for someone who understands that bartending is both a craft and a form of hospitality.
Responsibilities
Execute classic and house cocktails with consistency and precision
Guide guests through wine and beverage selections confidently
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
Contribute to menu development and seasonal features
Communicate clearly with the service team and the kitchen
Uphold elevated service standards during high-volume service
