Job Summary:



The Barman is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. The role ensures efficient bar operations, maintains beverage quality standards, and creates a positive guest experience in the restaurant.



Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards

- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Recommend drinks and menu pairings to guests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Monitor and replenish bar stocks, supplies, and garnishes

- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment

- Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records
