Job Description

The Position

  • Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied

  • Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean

  • The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings

  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine

    • The Person

  • We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees

  • Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team

  • Barista Qualification

  • 1 years experience as Barista
