About the Role

As a Starbucks barista, you will create a welcoming coffee experience and support our community of customers and partners.

What You’ll Do

In an energetic store environment you will:

  • master food and beverage craft and deliver quality drinks.
  • serve customers with a personal, friendly touch.
  • work collaboratively with store teammates.
  • handle cash, maintain store safety, and keep the workspace clean.
  • support flexible scheduling and meet store operating standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Work flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
