⦁ Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following company recipes and standards.

⦁ Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

⦁ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and dining area.

⦁ Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.

⦁ Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.

⦁ Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and responsibly.

⦁ Follow company policies on food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Qualification

  • Educational Qualifications : A High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management/related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a café or food service setting is an advantage.
