Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to TWT Coffee’s recipes and standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Provide warm, professional, and timely customer service, including taking orders and recommending menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and work area.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory needs.
Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
Support daily café operations, including table clearing, dishwashing, and general cleaning.
