Responsibilities

• A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service.
• They take orders, operate coffee machines, and ensure a clean and welcoming café environment. Baristas should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee preparation or food service is a plus
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment (training may be provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures
