Lily’s Café in the heart of Picton is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista to join our team! If you love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Scheduled 25–30 hours per week

Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other menu items

Provide warm, welcoming, and efficient customer service

Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of café and equipment

Restock supplies and assist with inventory

Follow food safety and health regulations

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
