- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our coffee offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean, organised work area.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and Baxterstorey’s product range to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy café or coffee shop environment.
