Position Summary

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, locking doors.
• Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of shift.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
