Position Summary
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, locking doors.
- Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of shift.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
