Job Description

Our *Busser/Barbacks* are the right hands to our servers and bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bars, venue, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing. 

Cleaning Tasks:
  • Clean counters and furniture.
  • Wipe down tables.
  • Clean glasses.
  • Run food and bus tables.
  • Clean up the bar and table areas.
  • Take out the trash before, after, and during the shift.
  • Clean spills and mop behind the bar.
  • Unclog sinks.
  • Clean no-slip mats behind the bar.

Stocking Tasks:
  • Keep the bar fully stocked at all times.
  • Refill ice wells.
  • Replenish the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc. 
  • Replenish cleaning rags at each bartender station.
  • Restock liquor bottles.
  • Change beer kegs.
