Splash Catering at Casa Loma is seeking experienced Barbacks for the Summer season. Applicants should expect a highly systematic and deliberately paced service, with a strong focus on every detail of the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the bar team with opening and closing duties — stocking ice, alcohol, wine, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.

• Run and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with speed and accuracy in a high-energy setting.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.

• Assist with cocktail prep, including house syrups, infusions, and premium ingredients.

• Stay sharp on table numbers, seat numbers, and have excellent tray-carrying skills.

• Learn our food and cocktail menus to support service and guest inquiries.
