United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Bar Backs for the Tailgate N Tallboys concert in Normal, IL Job Duties: Restock beer, liquor, and other bar supplies throughout the event. Assist bartenders by retrieving items quickly to ensure smooth bar operations. Keep bar areas clean and organized. Help with trash removal and ice replenishment. Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar stations, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place. Help bartenders prepare garnishes, mixers, and other drink essentials as needed. Monitor inventory levels during the event and report any shortages to management. Pay and Shift: Schedule: Thursday June 18-21, 2026, | Start time: 9am-11pm
Pay: $10 per hour plus tips Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be able to lift and carry heavy items throughout the shift.
