JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Beverage team at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. We’re currently hiring casual Bar Porters to support smooth and efficient beverage service across a wide range of events. From preparing and stocking bar setups to assisting Bartenders during service, this behind-the-scenes role is essential to our success. Successful candidates will be organized, safety-conscious, physically capable, and flexible to work rotating shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.


JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Sign requisition, collect liquor/beer from stockroom, and transport using pump truck.

  • Retrieve and set up bar cart at venue.

  • Clean, organize, and stock bar with beverages, napkins, stir sticks, and supplies.

  • Unload beverage cases at venue.

  • Clean and polish glasses.
