We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Mixologist with 8+ years of experience in premium restaurants, bars, or luxury hospitality.
Requirements:
ā¢ 7+ years of hands-on experience in mixology and bar operations
ā¢ Strong knowledge of classic & signature cocktails, spirits, and beverage innovation
ā¢ Ability to create seasonal menus and train the bar team
ā¢ Excellent guest engagement and presentation skills
ā¢ Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred
