The main purpose of this role is to lead, manage, and develop the bar operations within a luxury resort environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high standards of service, strong financial performance, and compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.



Operations & Service

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the main bar outlet, ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

  • Maintain consistently high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
