We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead the overall management and operation of our vibrant hotel bar. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless operations, and achieving departmental targets.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond the main bar to encompass all beverage services for our ballroom functions, including weddings, conferences, and corporate events. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of up to 30 colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
