The Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of all resort bars, ensuring high-quality service, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and delivering a memorable guest experience. This role includes staff supervision, inventory control, cost management, and coordination with other departments to support resort events and services.

What You Will Do

• Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop, update, and manage the bar menu in collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership team, featuring signature cocktails, seasonal offerings, and premium selections.
• Monitor inventory levels, place timely orders, manage vendor relationships, and control beverage costs to minimize waste, shortages, and variances.
