Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, manage staff, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bar operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
• Develop beverage menus and control costs/wastage
• Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports
