Position: Bar Back

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering
responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

·Set bars for lounges and receptions according to
SOP

·Replenish and order beverages and supplies
according to par levels 

·Stock supplies

·Clean and organize bar areas in both front and
back of house

·Execute job in accordance to Standard Operating
Procedures while incorporating 5 Star, 5 Diamond guidelines

·Ability to convey intelligent, friendly,
informative conversation with guest

·Knowledgeable of Greenbrier amenities and social
areas

Secondary Responsibilities:

·Knowledgeable of professional bar service

·Knowledgeable of Mixology

·Taking and filling beverage orders

·Taking and filling food orders

·Knowledge of wine and wine present...
