  • Current NSW RSA; prior bar experience highly regarded.

  •  Well-organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and clear communication.

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Solid understanding of hygiene practices and food safety standards.
