Bar Assistant

Bartender – Full Time

Location: Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá, Bogotá, Colombia. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager and requires a Colombian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests and wait staff with fast and efficient beverage service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bar products and service.
• Serve guests with exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Provide information on preparation methods, honoring all Four Seasons policies.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.

Qualifications & Competencies Preferred

• Teaching/bar training or similar, knowledge in mixology (desirable).
• Experience in high-end bars, restaurants, or hotels.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Possession of a Colombian work permit.
