Responsabilités Client
- Act as an expert of the branch for clients and colleagues on TD products, services, policies, and procedures, especially on personal and commercial banking services.
- Consistently provide sound advice to clients, contributing to an exceptional client experience.
- Know clients and advise them to meet or exceed their needs, being very curious and attentive.
- Improve clients’ financial confidence by answering questions and maintaining dialogue.
- Communicate actively with clients (phone, email, etc.) to discuss portfolio updates or other placement opportunities better suited to their needs.
