Banquet Server

Job Description

Splash Catering located at Casa Loma is currently looking for experienced and reliable Banquet Servers for the upcoming summer season.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up tables and banquet hall before the event

• Assist with food preparation before and during the event

• Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the banquet hall in a timely manner

• Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth event

• Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down

• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Previous banquet server experience is a must

• Excellent verbal or written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills
